Presentation Schedule

Oral Presentation

  • Presentation: 15 minutes (using PowerPoint or PDF) + Q&A 5 minutes = 20 minutes total

Sessions:

Conducted in multiple parallel tracks

  • Session 1: September 9 (Tue) – 15:35 Assembly/Preparation → 15:45 Presentation Start
  • Session 2: September 10 (Wed) – 13:20 Assembly/Preparation → 13:30 Presentation Start
  • Session 3: September 10 (Wed) – 15:35 Assembly/Preparation → 15:45 Presentation Start
  • Session 4: September 11 (Thu) – 9:20 Assembly/Preparation → 9:30 Presentation Start
  • Session 5: September 11 (Thu) – 13:20 Assembly/Preparation → 13:30 Presentation Start

Notes:

  • Connection check must be conducted from 10 minutes before each session begins.
    (Priority is given to the next presenter. Checking beforehand, outside of the session day, is also acceptable. If the venue is not in use, you may plug in the HDMI cable for confirmation.)
  • No prior data submission is required (presenters may bring their own laptop or use the provided PC).
  • Online presentations are not allowed. If none of the authors attend and present onsite, the presentation will be removed from the program.


Poster Presentation

Sessions:

Core Time: Afternoon on Day 1 and Day 2 (45 minutes each)

  • September 9 (Tue) – 14:55 Assembly/Preparation → 15:00 Poster Session Start
  • September 10 (Wed) – 14:55 Assembly/Preparation → 15:00 Poster Session Start

Notes:

  • Poster size: A1 board (no desk or power supply available).
  • Posters may remain displayed from presentors arrival, must be removed after the session no later than Day 3 (Friday, September 11) 15:00
  • No prior data submission is required (bring and display printed posters onsite).
  • Online presentations are not allowed. If none of the authors attend onsite to display the poster, it will be removed from the program.
